These terms and conditions govern your use of the Paws in Nature website and our dog training services. By booking a session or using our website, you agree to these terms. Paws in Nature is operated from Egerton House, 2 Tower Road, Birkenhead, Wirral, CH41 1FN.
Paws in Nature provides dog training services including group classes, private 1-to-1 sessions, behaviour consultations and training programmes. All sessions are delivered by Andy, a qualified IMDT (Institute of Modern Dog Trainers) trainer.
Training methods are based on positive reinforcement. We do not use aversive tools or punishment-based techniques.
All bookings are subject to availability. Sessions can be booked by phone on 0151 453 4677 or by email at hello@pawsinnature.co.uk.
Payment is required in advance or at the time of the session as agreed during booking. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of booking.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please give us at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged in full.
If we need to cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer an alternative date or a full refund.
When attending training sessions, you are responsible for:
Paws in Nature holds appropriate public liability insurance for dog training activities. However, you are responsible for your dog at all times. We cannot be held liable for any injury, damage or loss caused by your dog during or after training sessions.
Dog training involves working with animals whose behaviour cannot be fully predicted. While we use safe, positive methods, participation in any training session is at your own risk.
We may take photographs or videos during group classes or training sessions for use on our website and social media. If you do not wish to be photographed, please let us know before the session begins.
Any testimonials or reviews you provide may be used on our website and marketing materials. We will only use your first name unless you give us permission to use your full name.
All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, is the property of Paws in Nature and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without our written permission.
